- Customer care strategy (quality of services, platform for logging complain and receiving feedback)
- Five (5) years projected financial statement (cash flow, income statement and balance sheet)
- Financing plan [Availability of funds and Proof of funding]
- Capital Investment Ratio (Equity: Debt)
- Human resource development strategy
